1. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data footprint. Unlike typical SaaS applications, we operate on a no-signup model:

• No Mandatory Account Creation: You do not need to register an account, log in, or provide personal credentials (like passwords or phone numbers) to use any of our 35 tools.
• We Do Not Store Your Text Inputs: When you generate captions, video scripts, YouTube titles, or blog outlines, your inputs are processed in-flight solely to fulfill your request and are immediately discarded from memory. We do not maintain databases of your proprietary scripts or ideas.
• Client-Side Media Processing: Tools such as the Image Compressor, Image Resizer, Background Remover, and Video Trimmer execute directly inside your browser via HTML5 Canvas and Web Audio APIs. Your original media files never leave your device and are not uploaded to our backend servers.
• Basic Anonymous Analytics: Like most websites, we may collect non-personally identifiable information (such as browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed) to understand user engagement and optimize site speed.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

Creator Toolkit uses standard browser local storage (localStorage) to store your UI preferences (such as selected theme modes or input draft states) directly on your device.

We do not use invasive tracking cookies to monitor your browsing behavior across external websites.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep our tools 100% free for everyone, we collaborate with trusted third-party providers:

• AI Inference Providers (AgentRouter): AI-assisted features (like caption generation, grammar fixing, and script writing) route prompts through secure API gateways (such as AgentRouter). These endpoints follow strict zero-retention policies and do not use your inputs to train public machine learning models.
• Hosting Infrastructure (Vercel): Our website is hosted on high-performance global edge networks (Vercel), which maintain standard server access logs for DDoS mitigation and infrastructure security.
• Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertisers: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve advertisements on our site based on users’ prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Your Data Rights

Because we do not store personal profiles or user history, there is typically no personally identifiable data to export or delete. If you have contacted us via our contact form and wish to have your submitted correspondence deleted, you may submit a request to hello@toolkitpk.com, and we will delete it within 48 business hours.

5. Children's Privacy

Creator Toolkit does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that Creator Toolkit has in its database personal data of a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove such information.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, legal obligations, or improvements to our privacy controls. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
